Purification of γ-Linolenic Acid by Column Chromatography and Methyl Esterification

摘要 γ-Linolenic acid was purified by column chromatography and methyl esterification optimized by orthogonal design. The optimum conditions of the column chromatography were: using 75 - 150μm silica gel as the solid phase, chloroform-methanol(90∶10) as the eluent. The optimum conditions of the methyl esterification were: urea inclu- sion for three times, reduced pressure distillation at 200, 210 and 220℃, each maintaining 15min, extraction pH 3.5. γ-Linolenic acid was purified by column chromatography and methyl esterification optimized by orthogonal design.
