摘要
探析施以合理的健康教育干预对直肠癌造口患者生活质量的影响。将2012年1月-2013年1月本院收治的100例直肠癌患者随机分成对照组（n＝50例）和试验组（n＝50例）。对照组患者施行传统的常规护理，试验组在对照组的基础上施行全面的、针对性的健康教育干预。两组干预前后采用SF‐36量表的评分分别对两组进行调查问卷，统计分析所有患者生活质量得分，并观察试验组造口相关知识认识度和自我护理程度。结果干预后，试验组的8个维度得分分别显著高于对照组得分（P＜0．01）。试验组干预后造口相关知识掌握良好和优秀例数显著多于干预前（P＜0．01），干预后的造口自我护理例数显著高于干预前（P＜0．01）。正确健康指导和教育能够改善患者整体生活质量，值得推广。
To investigate influence of health education on quality of life in patients with rectal cancer colostomy .100 cases of rectal cancer patients in our hospital were selected from 2012 January to 2013 January ,and randomly divided into control group （n=50 cases） and test group （n=50 cases） .The control group was given conventional nursing ,while the test group was on the basis of control group and was given health education intervention .Patients＇quality of life in two groups was observed and colostomy related knowledge and self‐nursing awareness of test group was observed .After intervention ,PF , RP ,BP ,GH ,VT ,SF ,RE ,M H score of test group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0 .01） .After intervention ,good and excellent cases of colostomy related knowledge in test group was better than that of pre‐intervention （P〈0 .01） .After intervention ,self‐nursing degree in test group was better than that of pre‐intervention （P〈 0 .01） . Proper health guidance and health education can improve the quality of life of patients ,and is worthy of promotion .
