摘要
目的了解直肠癌造口患者的生活质量与自我效能感水平,分析两者之间的关系,为提高和改善其生活质量提供理论依据。方法采用方便取样的方法对82例行直肠癌miles手术出院后2个月以上的结肠造口患者进行调查。结果①结肠造口患者生活质量得分为(60.27±14.96)分,自我效能感得分为(2.75±0.70)分;②结肠造口患者生活质量得分与自我效能感得分呈正相关(r=0.669,P<0.01)。结论在护理工作中,应重视提高结肠造口患者的自我效能感,以便更有效地提高和改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the quality of life and self- efficacy in stoma patients and analyze the relationship between them. Methods Eighty - two patients after rectal Miles operation were enrolled by convenience sampling and were investigated with questionnaire. The inclusion criteria was being discharged more than 2 months. Results The average score of quality of life was （60.27 ± 14.96 ）. The average score of general self - efficacy was （ 2.75 ±0.70 ）. There was significant positive correlation between them （ r = 0. 669 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion To improve patients＇ quality of life,we should pay more attention to elevating patients＇ general self- efficacy during nursing care.
