临床路径在直肠癌造口病人健康教育中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨护理临床路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在直肠癌结肠造口病人健康教育中的实施效果。方法对2010年8月-2011年7月本院外科收住的直肠癌造口病人48例进行研究,研究采用随机抽样方法将患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组按常规进行护理和健康教育指导,观察组采用护理临床路径实施护理和健康教育,对比两组患者对健康教育知识掌握情况,对护理质量的满意度,术后相关并发症发生率的情况。结果观察组患者对护理质量满意度、健康教育知识达标率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用护理临床路径进行健康教育可提高直肠癌造口病人健康知识掌握程度,积极主动参与医疗、护理过程,提高健康教育效果和生活自理能力,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者对护理工作满意度。 Objectives: Discuss the effects of Clinical Nursing Pathway (CNP) in the health education of patients who received colostomy for rectal cancers. Methods: The study was conducted in 48 inpatient cases hospitalized from August of 2010 to July of 2011 who received colostomy for rectal cancers. They were randomly divided into Control Group and Observation Group. Patients in control group were nursed and educated with routine manners, while those in observation group with CNP. Comparisons between the two groups in health knowledge learning, satisfaction for nursing and incidence of complications after surgery were made. Results: Patients in observation group had significantly higher satisfaction for nursing and better results in health knowledge quizzes than those in control group (P〈0.05). The former's incidence of complications was also significantly lower than the latter's (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The implementation of CNP can improve these and similar patients' learning of health knowledge, provoke them to proactively join the process of treatment and nursing, strengthen their self-care abilities, lower the incidence of post-operational complications, and promote patients' satisfaction for the services.
