摘要
目的了解冠心病患者对冠心病介入治疗知识的需求,以制订针对性的健康教育方案。方法选择130例冠心病介入治疗患者,介入治疗前2d填写自制的冠心病介入治疗调查问卷,分析患者对不同类别冠心病介入治疗知识的需求程度及不同年龄组患者对介入治疗知识的需求。结果患者需求程度最高的是介入治疗的并发症,30～50岁组患者对各类知识需求程度明显高于50岁以上组(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄患者对冠心病介入治疗健康教育需求有所不同,针对性的健康教育是改善患者治疗依从性和手术效果的关键。
Objective To understand the patients with coronary artery disease undergoing interventional therapy about their demands for health education for the purpose of making pertinent education program. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 130 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy 2 d before the therapy. Their demands for the knowledge of interventional therapy used in treating varied coronary heart disease and the demands of groups of different ages for the knowledge of interventional therapy were analyzed. Results The highest demand was for knowing complications by interventional therapy. The group aged 30~50 had more demands for kinds of knowledge than the group aged above 50 (P<0.05). Conclusion People at different ages have different demands for health education of interventional therapy. Pertinent health education is key to enhance their compliance and the operation effects.
