Blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging for the diagnosis of vascular cognitive impairment

摘要 血管性认知损害(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)诊断的意义在于能早期干预并推迟甚至阻止其进展。不过,由于受到诊断方法和标准的限制,轻度VCI患者往往不能得到及时而准确的诊断。最近的研究显示,血氧水平依赖功能磁共振成像(blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging, BOLD-fMRI)有可能为VCI的诊断提供客观指标。文章就BOLD—fMRI在VCI诊断中的应用进行了综述。 The significance of the diagnosis of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI)is able to do early intervention and delay or even prevent its progress. How ever, due to the limitations of diagnostic methods and standards, the patients with mild VCI often can not get timely and accurate diagnosis. Recent studies have shown that blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI) may provide objective indicators for the diagnosis of VCI. This article reviews the application of BOLD-fMRI in the diagnosis of VCI.
