摘要 近年来,血氧水平依赖的脑功能成像(blood oxygen level dependent fMRI,BOLD-fMRI)和弥散张量成像技术(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)的出现,使得对脑结构和功能的研究成为热点。本文就两者在神经外科疾病的诊断、治疗及预后的应用情况进行综述。 In the recent years,the research on cerebral structure and function has been a hot spot since the development of blood oxygen level dependent fMRI(BOLD-fMRI) and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI).A review is given on BOLD-fMRI and DTI performed in the diagnosis,therapy and post-operative assessment for neurosurgical diseases.
