摘要
目的探讨在教学医院采用循证医学教学模式对胃肠外科进行教学的效果。方法选取2012—2014年进入安徽医科大学第二附属医院胃肠外科临床教学的七年制研究生60名,随机分为两组:对照组和实验组,每组30名。实验组采用循证医学教学模式,对照组沿用传统的教学方法。通过理论考试、病例分析和临床技能考核成绩等指标来比较二者的教学情况。结果实验组与对照组的教学考试成绩对比无明显差别(P>0.05);而实验组的病案分析和临床技能考核成绩,都显著好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论循证医学教学模式可提高学生自学能力,增强学生临床实践能力,教学效果优于传统教学方法。
Objective To investigate the effects of using evidence-based medicine in teaching hospital teaching mode for gastrointestinal surgery teaching effect .Methods Chose enter into the Anhui Medical &quot;University from 2012 to 2014 the second affiliated hospital gastrointestinal surgery clinical teaching of seven-year program graduate student 60, randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group , 30 in each group.Used by evidence-based medicine teaching model , the control group used the traditional teaching method . Through the theoretical examination , case analysis and results of clinical skill examination index to compare the teaching effect of the two groups .Results From the study theory examination results compared with control group no significant difference (P〉0.05);Case analysis and the results of clinical skill examination , the experimental group were significantly better than that of control group (P〈0.01).Conclusions Evidence-based medicine teaching mode can improve students&#39;ability to study independently .
