摘要
目的:探讨病例教学法(CBL)与循证医学(EBM)相结合的教学效果。方法:将2007级临床医学专业1~4班随机分为实验组(CBL与EBM结合教学法)和对照组(传统教学法)。利用考试成绩、问卷调查进行教学效果评估。结果:多数同学认为CBL与EBM相结合教学有利于调动学生学习积极性,提高参与意识、综合分析能力、解决问题能力、自学能力、语言表达能力、获取信息和评价信息能力、团结协作能力等,但对学习效率没有明显影响。与对照组相比,实验组的简答题、分析综合题得分和总成绩均高于对照组。结论:CBL与EBM相结合的教学模式能很好地提高病理生理学的教学效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of combining case-based learning(CBL) with evidence-based medicine in the pathophysiological teaching.Methods:Totally four classes were randomly assigned to the experimental group(CBL with evidence-based medicine teaching method) and the control group(traditional teaching method).The examination scores and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.Results:Most of the students thought that CBL combined with evidence-based medicine could activate the learning enthusiasm and interest,increase the sense of participation and abilities of comprehensive analysis,solving problem,self-learning,language expression,obtaining information and evaluating information,and unity cooperation,etc,without apparent affection to learning efficiency.The scores of short-answer,analytical and comprehensive titles and the total scores in the experimental group were much higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Combining CBL with evidence-based medicine can improve the effect of pathophysiological teaching.
