摘要
以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL)可以提高学生学习自主性和趣味性;循证医学强调“以人为主”的临床研究证据,有利于制定合理的个体化治疗方案。我国传统医学教育模式难以适应现代医学教育发展的需要,而构建以PBL为基础结合循证医学方法的教育新模式,对培养具有人本主义和创造能力的医学人才具有重要意义。
The PBL method elevates independence and interest of students ;evidence-based medicine emphasizes the clinical evidences and is beneficial to designing reasonable individualized treatment. It is very important to build a new teaching method which combines PBL with evidence-based medicine so as to cultivate medical talents.
