摘要
本试验将天然生漆与纸浆纤维、灰粉、钛白粉以及石膏粉按照不同比例混合制成可成型的粘土材料,在生漆质量与捏合工艺一致的前提下,不同质量的纸浆纤维、灰粉、钛白粉、石膏粉及水分为变量,对生漆粘土的表干时间、附着力、抗龟裂度、硬度、抗水性、耐储性等物理性能进行测定,通过分析得出当生漆30克,含水率为50%的纸浆纤维35克,灰粉、钛白粉、石膏粉各为5克时生漆粘土的性能指标最优。
In this experiment,natural raw lacquer was mixed with pulp fiber,peat powder,titanium dioxide and gypsum plaster according to different mixing ratio. On the premise of the consistent between the quality of raw lacquer with kneading process,different quanity of the pulp fibers,peat powder,titanium dioxide,gypsum plaster and water as the variables,surface drying time,adhesive force,cracking strength hardness,water- resistance and storage property were determined. According to the analysis,the best scheme was raw lacquer 30 g,pulp fiber 35 grams with the moisture content of 50% and the peat powder,titanium dioxide and gypsum plaster for 5 grams each.
