摘要
影响聚氨酯亚光清漆涂膜光泽度的因素是多种多样的,既有涂料配方的特殊性,也有涂装工艺的规范性,更有施工环境的差异性。本文系统研究了影响聚氨酯亚光清漆消光作用的环境因素、施工因素与配方因素等,探讨了各因素影响涂膜消光的机理,并全面总结了提高聚氨酯亚光清漆涂膜光泽稳定性的方法。
Many factors influence the film gloss of semi-gloss PU varnish, including particularity of coatings compositions, regulation extent of application technology and difference of application conditions. This paper studies the factors of environment. application and composition influencing the matting effect of semi-gloss PU varnish and studies the matting mechanical of every factor. It also reviews the methods which can improve the film gloss stability of semi-gloss PU varnish.
