摘要
论述了以生漆改性为基础的环氧改性漆酚糠醛树脂的研制。首先合成漆酚糠醛树脂,由该树脂制的清漆耐磨性优,但性脆。实验证明,环氧树脂是漆酚糠醛树脂的脆性改进剂。以环氧E-12和漆酚糠醛树脂1:2重量比热混经化学交联所得的改性清漆,其物理机械性能,特别是耐磨性高,而且耐腐蚀性、耐碱性良好。该树脂宜作为耐磨耐蚀涂料的基料。红外光谱分析了树脂结构。
Abstract Fpoxy modified urushiol-furfural resin based on themodification of Chinese lacquer has been studied. Theurushiol-furfural resin was synthesized ,which can beformulated to a varnish with excellent abrasion-resis-tance, but brittle. Experimentally, it has been foundthat the epoxy resin is the proper modifier for thebrittleness of urushiol-furfural resin. A modified var-nish formed with epoxy E-12 and urushiol-furfuralresin (at ration of 1 : 2 by weight) showed excellentmechanical properties, especially the abrasion-resis-tance ,and good corrosion protection and alkali-resis-tance. This resin is recommended to be used as thebinder of corrosion protection and abrasion resistantcoating. The structure was studied by IR.
