摘要
近年来我国政府频繁出台关于推进分布式光伏发电发展的利好政策,但是市场反应并不强烈。很多专家甚至预测分布式光伏发电在我国发展速度将会降低,并且前景堪忧。但是无论是从我国的能源战略高度还是从挽救光伏产业角度来看,分布式光伏发电在我国的发展都有着重要的意义。故此,文章通过对分布式光伏发展现状进行分析研究后发现,较长的投资周期、对政策持续性的怀疑以及相关政策落实不到位这3个问题已经成为阻碍我国分布式光伏发展的三座大山,故此提出了增加融资渠道,做好产业引导以及提高行政效率的建议。
China recently always issued supportive policies for promoting distributed photovoltaic power, but gained a weak response. Experts forecast a falling speed of its development, and show a dark outlook. Either from China＇s energy strategy or from saving photovohaic power industry, the distributed photovoltaic power is important to China. This paper, based on the situation of China＇s distributed photovoltaic power that a long payback, lack of confidence in China＇s policy continuity and execution of policy impede the growth of this photovohaic industry, presents approaches from diversifying financing channels, guiding industry and improving administrative efficiency.
