主要介绍了合同能源管理的内涵,实质,基本模式以及在中国的发展状况等。在分析影响中国合同能源管理机制推行的现状基础上,针对主要障碍提出了对策建议,以求为中国继续推行这种节能管理机制提供理论参考。
Introduces the connotation, essence, fundamental mode, and development status at home and abroad of contract energy management. On the basis of analyzing the status of China＇s contract energy management mechanism implementation, proposed countermeasures and suggestions to solve the main obstacles, in order to provide a theoretical reference for China to continue the implementation of the energy-saving management mechanism.
