摘要
融资困难导致的资金不足是我国节能服务公司(EMCO),特别是中小型EMCO发展缓慢的重要原因。针对我国EMCO发展现状以及融资过程中存在的具体困难,结合美国、加拿大等国家融资方面的先进经验,本文确定近期及远期适合我国中小型EMCO的融资方式,并从中小EMCO自身融资能力建设的视角出发,提出了知识产权质押贷款和收益权转让等一系列具有实际可操作性的融资工具。
The insufficient funds due to financing difficulties in China is the most important reason accounting for the slow development of energy management company（EMCO）,especially small and medium-sized EMCO.In the light of the present situation of EMCO and actual difficulties existing in the process of financing,combined with the advanced experience of the financing from America,Canada,etc,this paper put forward the recent and future financing methods suitable for the small and medium-sized EMCO.At the same time,in order to improve the financing ability,this text proposed the appropriate financing tools which can be put into action,including the loan of intellectual property pledge,the transfer of usufruct,and so on.
