摘要
协同创新是以知识增值为核心,由政府引导,通过促进企业、大学、研究机构发挥各自的优势整合资源,实现各方优势互补,加速技术推广应用和产业化,协作开展产业技术创新和科技成果产业化。协同创新是新时代的要求,本文重点研究高职院校校企合作协同创新这一形式。通过国内外校企协同创新成功有效模式得出构建的条件,分析目前我国高职院校校企协同创新模式构建中存在的问题,并提出建议。
Collaborative innovation is based on knowledge value added as the core, guided by the government, and integrates re- sources through respectively exerting the advantages of enterpris- es, colleges and research institutions, thus achieving the comple- mentary advantages of different parties, accelerating technology promotion, application and industrialization, and collaboratively implementing the innovation of industry technology and the in- dustrialization of technology achievements. Collaborative innova- tion is the demand of the new era, so this paper focuses on the research of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. Based on the successful and effective modes of domestic and foreign college-enterprise collaborative innovation, this paper concludes the construction conditions, analyzes the problems existing in the current construction of collaborative in- novation modes in China, and proposes some suggestions.
