摘要
在高校教学督导机制中,相关主体很难在决策过程中从不犯错,只能通过不断调整自己的策略来达到最优策略。在有限理性前提下,从演化博弈视角研究各主体行为策略选择的演变规律,通过稳定性分析探讨高校教学督导机制的演化稳定策略,发现失职处罚、督导费用、心理成本、教学工作量、教学事故处分等因素都会对高校教学督导机制产生影响。
In the teaching supervision mechanism of university, it is difficult for related subjects to never make mistakes in the de- cision-making process, and the optimal strategy can only be achieved by constantly adjusting their strategies. Under the premise of bounded rationality, evolution features of behavioral strategies choice of each subject are studied from the perspective of evolutionary game. Evolutionary stable strategy of teaching su- pervision mechanism of university is explored by stability analy- sis. The study shows that negligence penalties, supervision costs, psychological costs, teaching workload and teaching accident sanctions are the factors influencing teaching supervision mecha- nism of university.
