摘要
阐述我国科研院所改革转制中三个方面的制度创新内容 ,并提出了改革转制中亟待解决的问题及建议。
It laborates three aspects of institutional innovation in the system reform of scientific research organizations in China at present time,and puts forword some suggestions to deal with the problems which have to be sowed in the reform.
