摘要
在高校发展日益产业化的新形势下 ,加快高校科研管理体制的改革步伐 ,促进高校科研工作的有效开展和成果转化 ,是提高高校竞争力 ,实现可持续发展的重要环节。本文对我国加入 WTO后高校科研管理所面临机遇与挑战进行了全面分析 ,并从组织、投入、分配等角度提出了相应对策。
In view of industrialization in development of colleges and universities, accelerating reform of scientific research administration system, promoting development of scientific research and turning achievements into productive forces at colleges and universities are the key links to enhance competitive ability of colleges and universities and realize sustainable development. In this paper, opportunity and challenges brought to scientific research administration at colleges and universities after China's WTO entry are overally analyzed, and the countermeasures are proposed in the regards of organization, input and distribution.
