摘要
目的探讨医院管理部门绩效考核指标体系的创建。方法采用文献查阅、分析法了解当前管理部门绩效考核指标体系现状,探讨绩效考核指标体系的创建理念及结构框架,为指标体系的实际实施以及部门绩效考核评估提出建议。结果管理部门绩效考核指标体系仍然存在一些问题;在创建指标体系时需考虑到医院自身发展实际情况,选择合适体系框架,并从多方面入手在彻底贯彻指标体系,完善绩效考核工作。结论绩效考核能有效的提升工作质量,最大化的发挥人力、物力、财力资源,增强整体的服务水平。促进医院的协调稳定发展,为广大群众提供更好的医疗卫生服务。
Objective To explore the creation of the hospital management performance appraisal index system. Methods Using the method of literature review,understand the current management performance evaluation index system of the status quo,discussed performance appraisal index system of the creation of the concept and structure framework,for actual implementation and departments of the index system of performance appraisal evaluation were proposed. Results There were stil some problems in the management performance appraisal index system. When creating the index system of its own development actual situation,the hospital should choose appropriate system framework,there were many ways for the jewelry and thoroughly implement the index system,perfecting the performance appraisal work. Conclusion The performance evaluation can ef ectively improve the quality of work,to maximize play manpower and material resources,financial resources,enhance the overal level of service. Promoting harmonious and stable development of the hospital and provide a bet er health service.
