摘要
目的建立一套适用于我国各类综合医院的经营绩效考核指标体系,确立一种科学、实用的考核方法,使医院经营管理的成效得到更合理的评价,从而改进医院经营管理策略,不断提高医院的社会效益与经济效益。方法主要采用系统工程的研究方法,将医院的要素、结构、功能、模式结合起来,并与环境分析、卫生政策研究等进行多维研究,联合国内医院管理界众专家学者,集思广义。结果建立了一套具普遍性和适用性、简捷有效的考核指标体系。结论该指标体系适用于各种类型的医院,能够快速、有效、全面地评价医院经营绩效。
Objective To establish a simple indicator system to apply to the operation of our country of each kind synthesize hospital so as to value the performance of hospital management.Methods The research method mainly following the way of systematic project , will combine and analyze hospital essential factor, structure, function, sanitary policy research and environment analyses for multi-dimension research.Results A scientific, practical checking index system was constructed.Conclusion The index system applied in different hospitals to comprehensively evaluate the performance of hospital management.
