摘要
采用微量稀释法分别测定黄芩苷对链球菌、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、巴氏杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值。结果显示,黄芩苷对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为16μg/m L,对链球菌的MIC为64μg/m L,对沙门氏菌和巴氏杆菌无明显抑菌性。说明黄芩苷对猪大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌具有抗菌活性,对链球菌的抑菌性较差,对沙门氏菌和巴氏杆菌无明显抑菌性。
Determination of baicalin separately determined by baicalin for Streptococcus,salmonella, Escherichia coli, Pasteurella, Staphylococcus aureus minimum bacteriostatic concentration(MIC) values.Resuhs:Baicalin on Es- cherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus MIC for 16 μg/mL, MIC of Streptococcus is 64 Ixg/mL,for Salmonella, PasteureUa no obvious bacteriostatic effect.Conclusion:Baicalin to the pig Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus with antibacterial activity,antimicrobial resistance of Streptococcus is poorer,for Salmonella and Pasteurella no obvious bacteriostatic effect.
