摘要
民办高校是我国高等教育体系中重要的组成部分。文章在教育部颁布《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》的基础上,分析民办高校辅导员的能力素质特点和存在问题,旨在寻找制约民办高校辅导员职业生涯的主要原因,提出解决这些问题的可行方法与措施,为民办高校育人工作提供更好的服务,为辅导员专业化、职业化的发展,大学生思想政治教育工作质量的提高提供参考。
Nowadays, private colleges are playing an important part in higher education system in China. The ar- ticle was published by ministry of educationon the basis of proffessional ability in college and universities （provi- sional regulation）, through analysing the professionalability of instructors＇ proffessionaland a series problems in nongovernment institution,which found the main reason to make instructors＇ professional ability can be improved and put forward some idears and take some measures to solve this problems. Meanwhile, private education institutionbut im- prove the ability of institution ,the more specialization, the more professional.And finally, which can provide a refer- ence to higher institution to improve the qualityof college ideological education work.
