摘要
目的:探讨新型毒品所致精神障碍患者家属的睡眠质量及心理健康状况,分析其影响因素。方法:以新型毒品所致精神障碍患者家属80例作为研究对象,并选择同期常规体检者220例作为对照组,分别使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和症状自评量表对其睡眠质量及心理状况进行调查,并对相关影响因素进行统计学分析。结果:患者家属组PSQI总分及各因子分明显高于常规对照组(P<0.05);患者家属SCL90总分及各因子分普遍高于常规对照组,尤其是躯体化、抑郁、焦虑表现非常明显(P<0.05);经济收入、文化程度、对疾病的认知及患者住院次数是影响患者家属心理健康状况的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:新型毒品所致精神障碍患者家属的睡眠质量及心理状况明显低于一般水平,在对患者进行治疗的同时,不能忽视患者家属的需求。
Objective:To study the sleep quality and mental health of family caregivers of patients with mental disorders due to use of new drugs,analysis of its influence factors.Methods:80patients with families of new drug induced mental disorder as the research object,and 220 cases of normal controls,respectively,using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index and symptom Checklist-90 were investigated on the sleep quality and mental status,and the related factors were statistically analyzed.Results:the patientsfamily group the scores of PSQI was higher than that of normal control group(P<0.05);family members of the patients with SCL90 scores and the factor scores were generally higher than the normal control group,especially in somatization,depression,anxiety is apparent(P<0.05);economic income,educational level,cognition and patient of disease hospitalization is the main factors affecting the health of family caregivers of patients with psychological(P<0.05).Conclusion:sleep quality and mental health of family members of patients with the new drug induced mental disorders was significantly lower than the general level,the treatment also cant ignore the patientsdemand for patient.
