摘要
兰属植物遗传资源是兰属植物遗传与育种研究的基础材料,由于其存在数量庞大、生境地域复杂、利用效率低、优异基因筛选困难等问题,给兰属资源的收集、保存、研究和利用带来了困难,因此,尝试开展兰属植物遗传资源核心种质研究是十分急迫和必要的.借鉴农作物成功的经验,本文基于形态、农艺性状和SSR分子标记数据对兰属植物核心种质基本内涵、构建核心种质的步骤和检测指标与评价方法等方面进行了阐述,并探讨其存在的问题和发展方向,以期为兰属植物核心种质的构建和种质创新与利用提供理论参考.
Genetic resources of Cymbidium provide a material foundation for the researches of heredity and breeding of Cymbidium. However,many difficulties are met in the collection,conservation,research and utilization of Cymbidium resources because of its huge size,complex habitat areas,low utilization efficiency and difficult excellent gene selection. Therefore,it is necessary to try to study and establish the core collection of Cymbidium genetic resources. Learning from the successful experience of the crops, this paper illustrates the concept, steps, evaluation methods and detection index of Cymbidium core collection establishment based on the morphology,agronomic traits and SSR molecular markers,then discusses its main problems and further research directions,and provides the theoretical reference for the construction as well as the utilization and innovation of Cymbidium core collection.
