兰属植物种间杂交结实性分析 被引量:6

Analysis of the Fertility of Interspecific Hybridization in Cymbidium

摘要 为了解兰属植物种间杂交结实性,本研究对6类兰属植物52个品种进行种间杂交,分析了14类81个杂交组合结实情况,结果发现,各类组合结实性差异较大,其中国兰种间杂交结实率较高,国兰与大花蕙兰杂交结实性明显较低。不同杂交组合正反交结实性差异明显,以大花蕙兰为母本的杂交组合,其结实率极低或未结实,但反交时均有不同程度结实,其中结实率最高的是墨兰×大花蕙兰为69.23%。同一杂交类型不同杂交组合间结实性也存在较大区别。不同类型杂交组合蒴果在开始膨大后的3个月内生长较快,以蕙兰为母本的蒴果成熟较早,而以杂交兰为母本的蒴果膨大时间较长,这为进一步的适宜采收期确定提供了科学依据。研究结果为兰属植物种间杂交育种研究及新品种选育提供理论依据。 Interspecific hybridization was performed on 52 species of 6 groups to understand the interspecies fertility of Cymbidium.The results of hybridization on 81 hybrid combinations of 14 groups showed large differences in each combination.Among them,the fertility of the interspecific hybridization of Chinese orchid was higher,and the fertility of the hybridization between the Chinese orchid and Cymbidium hybridium was significantly lower.The reciprocal cross of different hybrid combinations showed significant differences.In the groups that use Cymbidium hybridium as the female,the seed setting rate was extremely low or seedless.There were different degrees of fructification when use Cymbidium hybridium as the male,and the combination with the highest seed setting rate was the hybridization between Cymbidium sinense and Cymbidium hybridium(69.23%).The capsules of different hybrid combinations grew faster within 3 months after beginning to swell.Capsules matured early when use Cymbidium faberi as the female,while use the Hybrid Cymbidium as the female was later.These results lay a foundation for determining the appropriate harvest period of the capsules in Cymbidium.Results of this study lay the theoretical foundation for interspecific hybridization and breeding of new varieties in orchids.
