摘要
21世纪海上丝绸之路的推进是一个庞大的系统工程,需要多地区、各部门的通力合作。针对海南独特的地理位置、良好的贸易基础及突出的侨乡优势,深入分析海南参与21世纪海上丝绸之路之南洋航线建设中的重要战略意义及发挥的重要作用,并在此基础上就海南如何深化与东南亚各国的开放合作,积极参与和服务好21世纪海上丝绸之路建设提出具体措施和建议:扩大区域外生需求,加快互联互通建设,提升自由贸易水平,发挥旅游资源优势,发展海洋合作伙伴关系,完善对外经贸服务支持体系。
The pushing of Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century is a huge systematic project, which calls for the full cooper- ation of various regions and departments. The special economic zone of Hainan has the unique geographical position, perfect trade foundation and prominent hometown advantage. The paper analyzes the important strategic significance for Hainan to participate in the building of Nanyang route of the Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century, puts forward specific measures a- bout the role that Hainan will play in deepening the openning-up as well as cooperation with the Southeast Asian countries and participating in the service for the Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century： exploring the regional exogenous demand; strengthening the connectivity between the related countries and cities; enhancing the level of free trade; exerting the advan- tage of tourism resources ; developing the maritime partnership and further improving the foreign trade service system.
