打造中国—东盟自贸区升级版,要以更新和扩充中国—东盟自贸区协定的内容与范围为新起点;以不断加强互联互通、金融、海上和产业等重点领域合作;以增强政治互信以巩固和深化同东盟的战略伙伴关系,保障中国—东盟自贸区升级版的实现。
To upgrade CAFTA, renewing and expanding the content and the range of the CAFTA agreements should be taken as the new starting point to enhance the China - ASEAN cooperation level; and China - ASEAN should continuously strengthen the cooperation of key areas, including connectivity, finance, maritime and industrial, to promote the upgrading CAFTA; moreover, China should enhance the political mutual trust in order to consolidate and deepen the strategic partnership with ASEAN and safeguard the implementation of the upgrading CAFTA.
