摘要
目的:探讨和分析药物不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及影响因素。方法:回顾性分析了我院在2012年8月到2013年8月期间收集到的70例ADR报告。结果:60岁以上患者发生ADR比例最大,占35.71%,引发ADR的给药途径以静脉滴注为主,占58.57%,其次是口服给药,占34.28%,涉及药品46种,抗感染药物居首位(35例,占48.57%),其次为中药制剂(占21.43%)。结论:抗感染药、中药制剂是ADR监测的重点药物,应合理使用抗感染药物,同时应规范中药制剂特别是中药注射剂的临床应用,加强特殊人群、静脉给药方式的ADR监测,安全合理用药,以减少和避免ADR的发生。
Objective：To explore and analyze the adverse drug reaction （ADR） characteristics and influence factors of occurrence. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 70 cases of ADR report collection in our hospital during 2012 August ～ 2013 August.Results：The incidence of ADR in patients over 60 years old was the largest, accounting for 35.71%, raises the ADR route of administration by intravenous drop infusion, accounting for 58.57%,followed by oral administration, accounting for 34.28%, 46 kinds of drugs, anti infective drugs ranked （35 cases, 48.57%）,followed by traditional Chinese medicine （21.43%）.Conclusion：Anti infective drugs,TCM preparation is the key drug ADR monitoring, rational use of anti infective drugs, at the same time should regulate the preparation of TCM and especially the clinical application of TCM injections, strengthen the special populations, ADR monitoring intravenous administration,safe and rational drug use,to reduce and avoid the occurrence of ADR.
