摘要
探讨了临床药师切实可行的培训方法。作者回顾河南省中医院培养临床药师施行的"三步走"策略以及个中体会,总结其具体内容和模式。建立了适合河南省中医院特征的临床药师培训模式,提高了医院药学队伍的整体素质,为临床药师开展临床药学工作打下坚实的基础。作者认为适当的临床药师培训方法,为临床药学工作开启了新的视角。
To discuss the practical training methods of clinical pharmacists.The working contents and working pattern of pharmacists were summarized by reviewing the strategy and experience of three-step about how to cultivate clinical pharmacists in our hospital.Appropriate training methods can not only improve the overall quality of hospital pharmacy,and make a solid foundation for carry out the work of clinical pharmacists.Appropriate training methods of clinical pharmacists is a new way for clinical pharmacy.
