摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对冠心病患者颈动脉斑块的影响,为临床上心血管疾病的防治提供理论依据。方法选取2012年6月-2014年3月收治的82例冠心病患者作为研究对象,根据是否感染幽门螺杆菌分为感染组40例和非感染组42例,对比两组患者临床指标,数据采用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果感染组共检出不稳定性斑块18个,检出率为45.00%,非感染组检出不稳定性斑块10个,检出率为23.81%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血液总胆固醇、纤维蛋白原、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及同型半胱氨酸水平差异无统计学意义,但感染组hs-CRP水平相比非感染组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染可使冠心病患者hs-CRP水平显著增高,并引起颈动脉斑块检出率及不稳定性的增加。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the influence of Helicobacter pyloro（Hp）infections for carotid plaque in patients with coronary heart disease,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical cardiovascular disease prevention.METHODS Totally 82 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from Jun.2012 to Mar.2014 were selected as the research subjects.According to whether with Hp infections,they were divided into the infected group（40cases）and non-infected groups（42cases）.Clinical indicators were compared in the two groups and all data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0software.RESULTS The infected group was detected with 18 unstable plaques with the detection rate of 45.00%.The non-infected group was detected with 10 unstable plaques and the detection rate was 23.81%.The difference had significance（P〈0.05）.In the respect of blood detection,the levels of TC,Fbg,HDL-C,LDL-C and Hcy between the two groups had no significance,but the hs-CRP level of infected group was obviously increased than that of non-infected group,the difference had significance（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Hp infection can increase hs-CRP level in patients with coronary heart disease,and caused relevance ratio and instability of carotid plaque.
