摘要
介绍了弱酸性染料上染棉织物的机理,从硫脲用量、温度、时间方面探讨了对弱酸性染料上染棉织物的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:硫脲10 g/L,氢氧化钠6 g/L,温度40℃,时间60 min,浴比1︰30。
The mechanism of dyeing cotton fabrics with weak acid dyes was introduced, and effects of thiourea dosage, temperature and time on dyeing were analyzed. The optimized conditions were as follows： thiourea 10 g/L, NaOH 6 g/L, bath ratio 1 ： 30, reaction at 40℃ for 60 min.
