摘要
采用HE型活性染料在乙醇-水体系中对棉织物进行无盐染色，并与常规染色效果进行比较。结果表明：乙醇-水体系中乙醇体积分数达到90％时，染料的上染率和固色率达到最大值；NaOH溶液预处理棉织物和升高染色温度有利于提高固色率，固色率较常规水溶液染色工艺提高了4．5％～43．8％。
Salt-free dyeing of cotton fabric with HE type reactive dyes in the ethanol-water system is carried out, and compared with the conventional dyeing process. The results show that the exhaustion and fixation of dyes reach a maximum in the mix- ture system of 90% ethanol and 10% water. The fixation of cotton fabric can improve by 4.5% -43.8% with NaOH pretreat- ment and higher dyeing temperature compared with that of conventional dyeings.
