摘要
采用弱酸性深蓝5R和中性蓝BNL酸性染料对改性锦/棉织物染色,分析了改性剂用量、氢氧化钠用量、染色pH和染色温度对改性锦,棉织物染色同色性的影响,探讨了固色工艺对染色织物色牢度的影响,测试了改性织物的升温上染速率曲线.研究结果表明:采用6s/L改性剂和2—4s/L氢氧化钠对锦/棉织物改性,染色温度90℃,pH为2~4,弱酸性深蓝5R和中性蓝BNL可在锦/棉织物上获得较好的同色性,染色后采用双固色工艺对染色牢度有一定的提高.
Acid Blue 5R and Neutral Blue BNL were applied to dye nylon/cotton fabric. The effects of dosage of modified agent and sodium hydroxide, dyeing pH and dyeing temperature on union dyeing of nylon/cotton fabric were analyzed. The influence of fixation process on color fastness of dyed fabric was investigated, and the dyeing rate curve was also tested. The results showed that good union dyeing property of nylon/cotton fabric could be obtained when the modified agent was 6 g/L, sodium hydroxide was 2-4 g/L, under 90 %; pH=2-4. The color fastness of nylon/cotton fabric was improved by twice fixation method.
