摘要
酸性染料及金属络合染料对聚酰胺染色通常都使用温度控制方法。温度的控制一般基于经验 ,并且常根据织物质量、色泽深度及使用设备来加以选择。在pH恒定工艺中 ,这些关系之间的最优化过去已经描述过。为了增加染浴的竭染率并由此来改善染色的重现性和匀染性 ,在工艺操作中实施降低pH同时升高温度是切实可行的。本文就这类pH滑动工艺的最优化作了概念。由于最佳的pH范围随着不同的被染物而改变 。
Acid and metal complex dyes are normally applied to polyamide using temperature controlled methods. The temperature profile is normally based on experience and is generally selected on the basis of fabric quality, depth of shade and the equipment available. Optimization of these relationships for the constant pH process has been described in the past. To increase bath exhaustion and thus improve the reproducibility and levelness of dyeings, it is possible to work with processes that allow a reduction in pH as well as a rise in temperature. This paper outlines the optimization of this type of pH sliding process. Since the optimum pH range varies from one substrate to another, the method outlined here takes this into account.
