镁合金摩托车曲轴箱右盖的压铸工艺优化 被引量:5

Processing Optimization of Die Casting Magnesium Alloy Motorcycle Crankcase Right Cover Based on Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 针对镁合金特殊的凝固特性,借助正交试验方法,运用Anycasting2.4软件,对镁合金摩托车曲轴箱右盖充型凝固过程进行了数值模拟,研究了慢压射速度、快压射速度、浇注温度和模具温度对充型流动特性、凝固过程及缩孔、缩松的影响。结果表明,慢压射速度越大,金属液充型时间越短,金属液越不平稳,最大凝固速率越大;模具温度越高,凝固时间越长。而这4因素对压铸缺陷的影响程度相近。缺陷出现在薄壁壳体附近的厚壁处。根据分析结果,提出了优化方案,并以此为基础进行了样件生产。 The filling and solidification process for the magnesium alloy motorcycle crankcase right cover were carried out with the help of the orthogonal experiment and AnyCasting 2.4software according to magnesium alloy solidification characteristics.The effects of slow injection speed,rapid injection speed,pouring temperature and mold temperature on the filling characteristics,the solidification process and shrinkage porosity defects were investigated.The results show that with the increase of the slow injection speed,filling time of liquid magnesium alloy is shortened and maximum solidification rate is increased,resulting in the deterioration of steady of the filling process.In addition,with increasing in mould temperature,the solidification time is increased.However,the influence level of the above four factors on die casting defects are similar.The defects exist in the thick wall near the thin-walled shell.According to analysis result,the optimization process was presented,and the practical sample was produced.
