摘要
研究了镁合金筒形件用MSC/superform软件进行数值模拟,得到了变形规律和性能参数,在保证零件成形及能耗最小的前提下,获得了最佳的毛坯尺寸。
The cylindrical workpiece of the magnesium atloy was studied by MSC/superform numerical simulation software,the distortion rule and process parameter were obtained. When the parts were formed at the least dissipation of energy,the optimal billet size was obtained.
