摘要
对铝合金汽车发动机端盖进行工艺分析,选择合适的压铸工艺参数。采用数值模拟软件Pro CAST对其成形过程进行模拟,分析其充型及凝固过程。对充型、凝固的时间顺序,可能存在的缩孔、缩松缺陷进行预测。
The structure of aluminum alloy automobile engine cover was analyzed, and the appropriate die casting technology parameters were chose. The forming process was simulated using ProCAST software, and the filling and solidification processes were analyzed. The time sequence of the filling and solidification, possible shrinkage defects were predicted.
