摘要
目的:调查农村健康管理团队成员的培训意愿与需求,分析培训中存在的问题并提出完善对策。方法:采用描述性统计、卡方检验和logistic回归模型分析团队成员培训的需求和意愿及其影响因素。结果:63.45%的成员参加培训的主要原因是工作需要;大部分成员认为培训时间太短;91.21%的成员表示愿意参加培训,性别、学历和参训经历为显著性影响因素;成员最希望的培训内容是临床技能,最希望的培训方式是集中授课。结论:团队成员的培训力度有待加强;采取多方面措施提升团队成员的培训意愿;团队成员的培训体系需进一步完善。
Objective To survey the willingness and demand of training of health management team members in rural areas, analyze the problems in process of training and put forward the countermeasures. Methods The method of descriptive statistics, chisquare test and logistic regression were applied to analyze the demand and willingness of training of team members and its influencing factors. Results : The main reason that 63.45 percents of team members participated in training was the needs of work. Most team members deemed that the time of training was too short. 91.24 percents of team members were willing to participate in training. The factors influencing the willingness of training mainly included sex, education and training experience. What the team members mostly expected to be trained was clinical skills. The method of centralized instruction was mostly popular for the team members. Conclusion:The intensity of training to team members should be strengthened. It is to take sorts of measures to improve the training willingness of team members. The training system of team members should be further perfected.
