摘要
乡村医生养老保障是农村养老保障体系的一部分。重庆作为新兴的直辖市,面临着更多的问题和挑战。通过对重庆市乡村医生养老保障的建设现状、存在的急迫性问题以及原因的探究,发现乡村医生单靠自己并不能解决养老问题。基于以上考量,提出相应的对策建议,以期对重庆市乡村医生的养老问题有所裨益。
Rural doctors old-age security is a part of the rural old-age security security system.Chongqing as a new municipality directly under the central government,faces more problems and challenges.This article discovers Chongqing rural doctors by themselves can’t solve the problems according to rural doctor old-age security construction situation and existing urgent problems and reasons.Based on the above considerations,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to rural doctors in Chongqing of endowment problems at present.
