摘要
设备工程项目是建设工程重要的组成部分,保障设备质量对整个工程的质量和投资效益起着十分关键的作用。专门针对设备工程项目的可持续发展评价指标体系研究,目前还是个空白。本文在分析国内外可持续项目管理及评价体系的基础上,结合设备工程项目的自身特点,创造性地提出了项目前和项目后两个设备工程项目可持续评价体系,并提出了评价方法。
Plant engineering is an important part of construction project as the quality of plants plays a key role in both the quality of the engineering project and investment return. Sustainable development evaluation system targeting plant engineering projects remains an unstudied area. Based on the analysis of foreign and domestic sustainable project manage- ment evaluation systems and the characteristics of plant engineering projects, this article cre- atively proposes two sustainable evaluations before and after project and provides evaluation methods.
