摘要
本文阐述了水电项目可持续发展的涵义,论述了水电项目开发的正面和负面影响,并着重探讨了水电项目可持续发展的措施—按可持续发展的标准进行方案选择,优化水电项目的环境产出,增强水电项目的社会互适性,重视水电项目的经济评价,以实现水电开发项目的生态持续、社会持续和经济持续。
This paper analyzed the connotation of sustainable development, the advantages and disadvantages of hydroelectricity project, and paid more attention to the measures of keeping sustainable development of hydroelectricity project. It mentioned that all the measures should be contained making the most reasonable scheme according to the sustainable development standard, optimizing the environmental outcomes, strengthening the social fitness and paying more attention to the economic appraise of the hydroelectricity project, so as to achieve the sustainable develooment of zoology, society and economy.
