摘要
在对现有可持续发展评价方法分析的基础上,提出了一种基于可拓学的可持续发展评价模型,给出了房地产开发项目可持续发展可拓综合评价的计算方法,并将该方法应用于某实际房地产开发工程。计算结果表明,该方法实际可行、操作简便。
On the basis of the shortages of existing sustainable development evaluation method, a new evaluation method-extension evaluation method is presented, the calculative steps of the comprehensive extension evaluation on the sustainable development of the real estate development project is given. This method is applied to some actual real estate development project. The result proves that the new method has some theoretical value and practical operability.
