摘要
地方本科院校在转型中面临着经费紧张、人才匮乏、机制僵硬、培养学生供需脱节等诸多问题,同时还面临着用人单位对人才的多元化、个性化需求,新一代移动通信技术、云计算、物联网等新兴技术的冲击,那么地方本科院校如何转型呢?作者采用长尾理论构建了O2O的混合型学习平台,同时提出基于反转教学模式的教学活动、"地方性知识"的产学研合作教育模式、构建与战略转型相匹配的战略性人力资源管理体系等是支持平台运行的有效机制。
Local universities are faced with funds shortage, lack of talents, inflexible system and gap between demand and supply in the transition process; in addition, they are impacted by communication technology, cloud computing and Internet of Things. The paper, adopting the Long Tail Theory, establishes O2 O study platform and proposes that the teaching activities based on the flipped teaching model, the production-study-research education model, and the human resource management system matching the transition construct an effective mechanism that supports the study platform.
