摘要
文化素质是高职学生成长和成才的必备条件,是促进学生健康发展和高效就业的根本保证。高职院校校园文化建设在培养学生文化素养过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。在不断探索中,逐步形成以学生职业素养提升为核心,以党建和思政教育为载体和抓手,建设铁路文化、校友文化、创新文化为主的三维文化育人体系,举办文艺体育各类竞赛,发挥各类榜样的示范作用等,从而提升学生文化素质。
Cultural quality is a prerequisite for the growth and success of higher vocational students,and a fundamental guarantee to promote the healthy development and efficient employment of students.Campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges plays an important role in cultivating students’cultural qualities.In constant exploration,and gradually form ascend in students’professional quality as the core,to party construction and ideological education as the carrier and the gripper,the construction of the railway culture,alumni,innovation culture of three-dimensional cultivation system,all kinds of literature and art sports contests,bring into play the function of all kinds of model demonstration,etc.,so as to improve students’cultural quality.
