摘要
分析了化学镀工艺对Ni—Fe—P镀覆织物镀速的影响,确定了涤纶织物铁镍化学镀工艺;测试了铁镍复合涤纶织物的电阻,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对镀层的表面形态进行表征。结果表明,较好的铁镍化学镀工艺为:盐总摩尔浓度(CNi/CFe2+=9:1)为0.1mol/L,硼酸0.3mol/L,硫脲0.03mmol/L,pH值10.0-10.5,施镀温度90℃,施镀时间1h;最大镀速达到3.289g/(min·m2),镀层的表面电阻值为5.08Ω/sq。扫描电镜显示,铁镍镀层均匀连续,铁镍合金微粒的大小约为0.5μm。
The effect of chemical plating process on plating speed of Ni-Fe-P onto fabric are analyzed,and the appropriate process for plating Ni-Fe onto PET fabrics is established. The resistance of iron-nick-el composited PET fabrics are measured, and microstructure of coating surface morphology is observedwith Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The results show that the optimal parameters of chemicalplating process is: total salt (CNi/CFe2+=9:1)0.1 mol/L, boric acid 0.3 mol/L, thiourea 0.03 mmol/L, pHvalue 10.0-10.5, plating at 90 ℃ for 1 h; the maximum deposition rate can reach 3.289 g/(min, m2), andthe electric resistance of coating surface can reach 5.08 Ω/sq. Scanning electron microscopy shows thata uniform and continuous iron nickel coating can be formed with the size of iron nickel alloy particles ofabout 0.5 μm.
