摘要
为了制备可以在磁场中悬浮的ICF靶丸材料,采用化学镀法对PS微球包覆Ni-P合金磁性镀层,并用正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件。采用XRD、SEM、DSC、VSM分析了镀层结构、形貌以及磁性。结果表明,Ni-P镀层在PS微球表面沉积均匀,表面光滑;微球的饱和磁化强度为2.130 A/m,所具有的磁性可使其在磁场中悬浮;化学镀Ni-P合金层最佳工艺条件为:ρ(NiSO4.6H2O)=40 g/L,ρ(NaH2PO2)=25 g/L,ρ(柠檬酸钠)=50 g/L,pH=10,温度为40℃。
For the purpose of magnetic PS targets materials that can be suspended in magnetic field used in inertial confinement fusion, a chemical plating method was adopted to prepare such magnetic materials with Ni - P magnetic layer. XRD, SEM, DSC and VSM were used to measure the structure, the morphology and magnetism of as-prepared samples. These studies reveal that the saturated magnetism of PS targets materials with smooth Ni -P layer on the surface is 2. 130 A/m,which is enough for PS targets materials to suspend in magnetic field. The optimal experiment parameters are NiSO4·6H2O 40 g/L,NaH2PO2 25 g/L,sodium citrate 50 g/L,pH 10 and temperature 40 ℃.
