摘要
利用微观调查数据,本文运用DEA-Tobit模型实证分析了创业环境对农民创业绩效的影响,结果显示创业环境不同维度对农民创业绩效的影响存在以下特征:经济发展环境和基础设施环境越好,农民的创业绩效越高;科技文化环境和资源禀赋环境对农民创业绩效的提高有不利影响;政策支持环境、创业氛围环境、金融服务环境等对农民创业绩效影响不显著。
Based on micro-survey data,the paper uses DEA-Tobit model to empirically analyze the influence of entrepreneurial environment on farmers＇ entrepreneurial efficiency. The result shows that there are the following characteristics in the influence of different dimensions of entrepreneurial environment on farmers＇ entrepreneurial efficiency： the better the economic development environment and infrastructure are,the higher the efficiency of farmers＇ entrepreneurship is,but the technological environment and the resources endowment environment have an adverse effect in improving farmers＇ entrepreneurial efficiency; policy support environment,entrepreneurial atmosphere environment and financial service environment have no significant influence on farmers＇ entrepreneurial efficiency.
