摘要
随着二次创业理念的兴起,创业正成为我国区域经济发展的动力和源泉。创业环境是影响创业活跃程度的重要因素。基于文献研究,本文以长沙高新技术产业开发区内的企业作为实证样本,通过建立结构方程模型,从基础设施、园区管理等八个维度对科技园区创业环境与创业绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。研究发现科技园区不同维度的创业环境要素对创业绩效的影响效果不同。研究结果为我国构建和培育良好的科技园区创业环境提供了指导依据。
With the rise of the concept of Second Round Development, entrepreneurship is becoming the driving force and sources of regional economic development. Entrepreneurial environment is one of the most important elements in influencing the entrepreneurship. Taking enterprise in sci-tech park of Changsha as samples, this paper researches the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship performance from eight dimensions, including infrastructure, park management, culture, financing, policy, human resources, services and technologic. We adopt structural equation based on data analysis to test the hypothesis and find that different divisions in entrepreneurial environment have different effects on entrepreneurship performance. This research develops the entrepreneurial research and enriches the application research to solve the practical problem based on Chinese data of sci-tech park.
